Job Summary Reporting to the COO, the Workforce Management Analyst will be responsible for building, maintaining models and analysis to monitor staffing levels, measure productivity, and forecast staffing ahead of onboarding new accounts. Other analytical and reporting duties as assigned by supervisor. Objectives
- Support the company in optimizing our staffing models by reviewing and analyzing individual productivity levels across all sites, all product lines, and all work level efforts.
- Build models to predict staffing levels required based on existing and forecasted volumes.
- Work with, and communicate clearly, with leadership across sites and consistently share critical information to assist leadership to drive improved performance and execute on performance management.
- Meet with teams to drive improvements in modeling and ensure models incorporate increased variables to drive credibility and clarity
- Other projects as assigned.
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in analysis and reporting, and comply with regulatory requirements
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette in all contacts with payers, vendors, coworkers, facilities, and patients
- Assist in the development and modifications of policies and procedures
Main Responsibilities
Build models for staffing leveraging data from call center, pharmacy management systems, time / effort studies, HRIS for hours, and Implementation for forecastsUpdate models on weekly basis and share with leadershipProvide insights and analysis on data and trends – find innovative ways to drive improvementsSupport Altruix staff as requestedMinimum Qualifications
