Sous Chef skills need :

• Proven experience as Sous Chef with events of different sizes
• Upscale / fine dining
• Great attention to detail
• Organizing and leadership skills
• Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
