About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Executive to lead our go-to-market strategy and execution. This critical position involves closing impactful, multi-stakeholder deals, cultivating a high-performing sales organization, and exploring new verticals for growth. The right candidate will be a proactive, strategic sales leader with a demonstrable history of successful sales engagements with government entities, utilities, and other regulated sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue capture and take ownership of sales objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the climate tech sector.
  • Lead and mentor a team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, utilities, and environmental justice organizations.
  • The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. We are looking for someone who excels in nurturing high-performing teams and has a proven ability to deliver significant revenue growth.
