A company is looking for a Regional Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Employee Benefits compliance support to regional offices, serving as the main point of contact for compliance inquiries
Partner with Regional Compliance Consultants to facilitate communications, training, and consistent use of compliance materials and systems
Collaborate across teams to ensure uniformity in responses, maintain compliance documentation, and deliver high-quality support
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in employee benefits with strong knowledge of IRS Section 125, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and related regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to cross-functional teamwork
