Come and join a group who has received the American Heart Association’s Target : Type 2 Diabetes℠ Gold Award for outpatient practices implementing quality improvement measures addressing the relationship between diabetes and cardiovascular disease. This group is starting to grow and you can be a part of the growth.

• Throughout Tampa, FL
• Outpatient PCP
• Will consider Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained candidates
• Will consider a 4-5 day work week.
• 17 patients per day average
• 8 hour shifts
