We’re looking for a motivated and safety-minded individual to help package and prepare high-quality products that meet our customers’ exacting standards. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
What You’ll Do
Safely operate lift trucks to move finished products to packaging stations.
Set up and fill large “super sacks” (up to 4,000 lbs.) according to customer orders.
Label and package products with care and accuracy.
Keep detailed records of items packed and ensure all shipments meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Complete a comprehensive 6-month training program to prepare for future advancement opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
Support Process and Mixer Operators with production tasks such as staging materials, sampling products, and quality testing.
Substitute for Process Operators as needed.
Clean and wash equipment and machinery using power washing tools.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Dependable plant employee with the ability to work with limited supervision preferred.
Minimum one year of experience in packaging, machine operation, or maintenance within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
