Outpatient

No Call or Weekends

Dates Needed : June 17 - 23

Sept. 2 weeks

Nov. 2 weeks

Shift : Mon. - Fri. 8a-5p

PPS : 8

4 Bed Dept.

Hospital Stroke Certified

Overtime after 40 hours per week.

Support Staff : 2 RNs, 1 MA, PA / NPs TBD, Office staff

No teaching or supervision required.

EMR : EPIC

Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form

Malpractice insurance provided.
