Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project activities including scheduling, cost control, engineering coordination, and field supervision.
• Oversee project startup, execution, and closeout processes to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies for team development, recruitment, and personnel growth.
• Manage all contractual elements of the project, including compliance, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Accurately forecast project costs and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient team environment.
