Are you a fun, highly organized, and adaptable leader who's passionate about early childhood education and Hawaiian culture? Keiki O Ka Aina is seeking a Director / Lead Teacher to help launch and lead our groundbreaking trauma-informed preschool in Lahaina, Maui.
What You'll Do :
- Lead daily operations and ensure compliance with DHS Licensing and NAEYC Standards.
- Create a nurturing, engaging learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, rooted in the values of Aloha, Po?okela, and Lokahi.
- Support your team with best practices in ECE.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families regarding updates, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional support of all keiki in our care.
What We're Looking For :
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or current CDAProven leadership and teaching experience.Deep understanding of Hawaiian language, culture, and values.Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.Tech-savvy and able to integrate technology into administration duties.Ready to Apply?
