AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech in Ontario, California, 91761!

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operating radiation detection and imaging equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology
• State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine
• BLS certification
• 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift: Days
• Full-time: 4 days/week, potential for 5 days/week in understaffed locations
• Working hours: Varies between 6-12 hours/day depending on drive and patients
• No call, no weekends, no nights
• Team approach with close collaboration with cardiac tech
• Physical demands include completing an average of 12 studies/day, potentially 14-15 in CA
• Driving to a single location per day, with setup time of 30 minutes and drive time of 20 minutes to over an hour
