A company is looking for a Remote Recruiter for eLearning roles.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the candidate selection process for remote project positions

Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring team leaders to understand job requirements and candidate suitability

Provide daily / weekly reports to hiring team leaders regarding the status of all positions

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience in recruiting for eLearning roles

Proficiency with Bamboo HR or an enterprise recruiting platform

Strong understanding of GenAI

Experience in conducting candidate reference and background checks

Ability to conduct thorough pre-screening interviews
