Summary

As a Product Owner, you will be working with a growing team of Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Designers, and Software Engineers. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap, coordinating the development process, and being the voice of the customers for how they utilize the application.

Essential Functions

• Work as a liaison between the development team and the business stakeholders while keeping the product board up to date.
• Have extensive experience interacting with clients and end-users and ask the right questions to gather the essential information.
• Attend meetings with business stakeholders, advise on the capabilities of the software, and offer potential solutions to requirements provided by the business stakeholders.
• Experience with creating Epics and User Stories in clear and concise manner.
• Ability to develop test scenarios and cases for unit tests, integration tests, system tests and regression tests.
• Plan for and facilitate sprint planning sessions with the development teams.
• Provide demos of developed features to the end users.
• Execute projects with a distributed team structure.
• Ability to make a positive contribution to the team by learning new skills and making suggestions for process improvements.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Requirements

This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
