Nurse Practitioner - Colorado Licensed

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Provide care to patients in a fully remote environment, supporting recovery in alignment with harm reduction principles

Prescribe buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder, including initiating care

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and access NP Supervisor during shifts

Required Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states

At least 1 year of experience in an independent, outpatient setting with buprenorphine prescribing

Interest in full-time work (30-40 hours / week) with fixed shifts ending at 6pm local time

Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice

Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
