Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
- Working Knowledge of Win 10, 11 and iMac, iPad and iPhone devices. Configuring troubleshooting of printers, VC equipment installation, rebuilding OS in laptop and iMacs, hands and feet support and setting up large events for Organization. Ability to lift and move equipments from building to building or floor to floor.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipments, participate in Oncall Rotation support services.Service as an escalation point for service issues for designated modalities.Shared knowledge and coaching other members of the service team on an on-going basis.Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken.Daily routine checkup of all printers and conference room equipmentsMaintenance and disposal of asset and tracking the inventory of the End user devicesDeployment of EUC devices and Equipment with the defined SLA.Troubleshoot and fix issues with laptops, printers and Mobile / Tablet devices (Apple)Provide support for larger organization events or training.Salary Range-$60,000-$90,000 a year
