Description

• Provides daily guidance and support to supervisors and administrative staff in areas including performance management, corrective action, coaching and feedback discussions, terminations, and conflict resolution.”
• Leads comprehensive and well-documented investigations into employee complaints, workplace issues, and policy violations.
• Develops and executes the training strategy encompassing compliance, onboarding, and capability-building programs.
• Partners with HRIS and HR Operations to design and deliver learning experiences, and measures program effectiveness using participation, completion, and performance impact data.
