Manager, Pricing & Estimation Desk Analyst
Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies based on market trends, cost analysis, and client requirements. Define pricing models that align with financial and strategic goals. Lead the preparation of pricing proposals and estimation models for clients. Use data visualization tools to communicate pricing scenarios and financial impacts. Work closely with finance, sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment and clarity on pricing assumptions and structures pricing to be competitive and win while optimizing internal margins. Evaluate pricing risks and provide mitigation strategies. Ensure all pricing submissions comply with regulatory standards and internal controls. Supervise and coach teams. 40 hrs / week, Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m. The salary range is $135,866 - $167,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Minimum Requirements :
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Networking, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Networking, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
- Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following :
- Performing data analysis and creating models to support pricing strategies, cost estimation, and scenario planning for client proposals and internal decision-making;
- Preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and stakeholders, summarizing risk findings, cost estimates, or pricing recommendations;
- Drafting and updating SOPs for risk management, pricing frameworks, or compliance processes to standardize and streamline operations; and
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data.
- 80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
- Domestic and / or international travel up to 80% is required.
