The temporary travel OT position involves providing services across a district-wide caseload, focusing on the educational needs of students. While the primary job responsibility is delivering occupational therapy services, you will also engage with a supportive team within the school's collaborative environment.

This opportunity allows a travel Occupational Therapist to gain meaningful professional experience while taking in the rich cultural and historical landscape of this Massachusetts city. The scheduling includes a typical Monday to Friday work week, with a total of 35 hours expected. The traveler will be prepared not to receive pay during designated school holidays, teacher workshops, or inclement weather-related closures, which reflects the essential nature of aligning services with the standard school calendar.

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, School

Licenses : OT-MA

Certifications : OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in MA.

Preferred Qualifications

Initial certification through NBCOT

Clear, articulate communication skills

Ability to explain results to a varied audience

Candidates with previous school experience a plus!

Completion of a criminal record and background check
