We are seeking a highly skilled Loan IQ Business Systems Analyst to support the ongoing transformation of our corporate lending platforms. This role will focus on streamlining the lending process, optimizing balance sheet utilization, enhancing data availability, and improving overall colleague experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Loan IQ and experience working within corporate lending, credit risk, or commercial banking environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to define and implement Loan IQ solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for Loan IQ enhancements and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end lending process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work on process automation and optimization within Loan IQ to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support system testing, UAT, and implementation of Loan IQ changes.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
