A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner to provide nationwide title services and support real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the legal condition and insurability of commercial or industrial property titles

Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures

Follows standard procedures and guidelines while managing own workload and performing additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
