Our Pet Distribution Segment is hiring a Senior Key Accounts Coordinator in the Louisville, KY area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Account Receivable and Accounting Functions Act as liaison between Central Pet Accounts Receivable department and FDM customers as well as Central Pet FDM managers, sales support, merchandisers and the leadership team. Coordinate resolution for billing issues related to invoices, deductions and pricing including but not limited to opening claims directly with vendors and / or disputing with customers. Work in customer information portals for AR resolution and reporting for Kroger, Giant Eagle, and Schnucks.
- Run Kroger weekly 895 inbound EDI data and report to the FDM team and operations team all item short pays and item pricing discrepancies. Work directly with CP FDM leadership as an immediate remedy to avoid negative adverse financial impacts.
- Process direct Prelude system invoice adjustments weekly using Krogers 895 data.
- Verify accuracy of customers AR statements monthly and execute resolution for any past due balances / credits.
- Directly work with the manufactures and help manage the internal processes for promotional funding and programs including submitting claims and documentation to vendors for credits.
- Maintain Krogers reserve funds account and the backup documents that are used to cover non-vendor billed AR activity including post audits from Kroger, inventory adjustments in Prelude and labor costs involved in functions completed by company or third-party merchandisers for non-Vendor billed activity.
Inventory Oversight Assist Central Pet purchasing for item ordering activities for FDM customers.
Maintain external customer product master lists so purchasing understands the product demands and needs (store counts) by each Central Pet facility.Review weekly customer product backorders using the Tableau platform and advise purchasing how to help improve fill rates for customers and advise warehouses of priority level receiving.Customer Data Information Integrity
Work directly with customers warehouses to ensure compliance with customers shipping / EDI / labeling requirements and delivery integrity.Act as liaison for Central Pet IT to ensure compliance regarding NEX and EDI data requirement issues.Monitor all EDI inbound and outbound customer data integrity and work with FDM leadership team and customer to correct systems as needed including all new customer setup requests to Credit. Admin.Work directly with Grocery Field Mangers to maintain internal systems and external (Excel) customer master data including service schedule, field merchandiser information, delivery and service days as well as Central warehouse information.Maintain data within ordering tracking system in Prelude to ensure timely deliveries (missing order report) and be able to identify stores with no orders to CP division supervisors and FDM leadership.Work within Krogers centralized vendor management system (Supplier Hub) and maintain Central Pets company profile including general information, insurance information, organization contacts, remit and banking information, facilities information including suppliers and item information sold to Kroger.Assist with completing customers required forms for item setup and price changes. Help maintain Prelude system price matrixs(contracts) for FDM customers which communicates to the external Movista ordering application used by merchandisers.QUALIFICATIONS
