Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate responsible for manufacturing and assembling custom windows and door walls. The role involves working in one of four areas : Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall / Casements. Each position offers unique responsibilities, and training is provided to support growth across different sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows or door walls by measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials.
• Lift and move materials weighing between 10-50+ lbs repetitively.
• Punch holes and strip materials as needed.
• Utilize hand tools and place flexible glass on frames.
• Operate machinery, saws, or welding equipment when required.
• Perform repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, and bending.
• Stock and clean workspaces and general areas.
• Fulfill other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
