Assistant Director Of Nursing (Adon)

What You'll Do :

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a skilled nursing team in a positive and supportive environment.
  • Ensure delivery of top-quality care in full compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Build meaningful connections with residents and their families through compassionate, personalized care.
  • Drive continuous improvements in clinical care and nursing practices.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • LPN / RN license : Must be valid in Minnesota (or ability to activate).
  • CPR certification : Current and valid.
  • Regulatory knowledge : Strong understanding of federal and state long-term care regulations.
  • Leadership experience : Prior nurse leadership in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is a plus.
  • Compassion & respect : A genuine commitment to empathy, patience, and high standards of care.
