Senior Manager @ Salesforce | Client Management | Technology Consulting | Service Delivery

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the scrum team and deliver high-quality products to the business.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the lead of the scrum team, working closely with cross-functional teams, and advocating for Salesforce teams in broader conversations.

This role involves driving optimization of case management workflows and automation within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with native capabilities and minimizing unnecessary customizations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to push back when necessary, and work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the scrum team to deliver high-quality products to the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for Salesforce teams in broader conversations.
  • Drive optimization of case management workflows and automation within Salesforce.
  • Evaluate and steer away from unnecessary customizations, focusing on maximizing native Salesforce functionality.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and impactfully with diverse audiences.

    • Requirements :

  • Prior experience as a Product Owner.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, especially Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile process and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to drive results and achieve goals in a collaborative setting.
