Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Pittsburgh, PA

We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private practice in Pittsburgh, PA (15237). Schedule

• Monday 10–6, Tuesday 9–5, Wednesday & Thursday 7–3, Friday 9–1
• Arrive 30 minutes early for prep and team huddles

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide patient care including prophies, SRP, perio charting, and follow-up.

Capture photos and take x-rays using Dexis.

Perform sterilization and maintain infection control standards.

Collaborate as a team player with the doctor, assistants, and admin staff.

Use EMS Airflow system for hygiene procedures (training provided).

Document care accurately using Open Dental, Dental Intel, Dexis, and Florida Probe.

Requirements

Active PA RDH license (required).

Strong communication skills and willingness to grow and learn.

Team player and “culture keeper” mindset.

Detail-oriented with commitment to patient care and office systems.

Pay & Compensation

Competitive pay : starting at $42 / hour , with potential for higher compensation based on experience.
