Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud Solutions Architect

We're looking for a Solutions or Functional Architect who can :

• Engage with business stakeholders (e.g., Angel) to understand requirements.
• Possess a strong working knowledge of Salesforce -enough to configure and guide, though not develop.
• Collaborate with Heron and Forcys to stay aligned with current operations.
• Lead conversations on the Colibri side to ensure accurate integration and configuration.
• Perform light Salesforce configuration tasks (e.g., setting up users, changing values in the system).
• Validate and align system setups based on input from Forcus and Heron.
• Own the setup and configuration of Salesforce for the company, ensuring it meets business needs.
