Translate those requirements into clear and concise product specifications.Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Embedded Solutions and component solutions.Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for panelboards, remote power panels (RPPs), and power distribution units (PDUs).Maintain a deep understanding of electrical distribution systems, applicable industry standards (e.g., UL, NEC, IEC), and emerging technologies in power management.Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to drive the development and enhancement of panelboards, remote power panels (RPPs), and power distribution units (PDUs). Define product specifications, features, and functionality based on customer and market requirements.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and threats.Lead product launches and coordinate marketing efforts for successful market entry.REQUIREMENTS : Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.5+ years in electrical or power distribution equipment.Strong working knowledge of panelboards, RPPs, PDUs, or similar low-voltage power distribution productsExperience with mission-critical equipment for data centersProject management experience leading product development and launch activities.Familiarity with UL, NEC, IEC, or similar regulatory and compliance standards.Background in ETO and CTO industrial manufacturing environments, a plus.Hyper Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable laws prohibiting employment discrimination.
