Peace of Mind Technologies (POM), is currently searching for a qualified, enthusiastic, hard-working and driven Operations Drafter that embodies POMs core values to join our Company.

You are precise, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing drawings that are accurate and reliable. Naturally organized, you keep revisions and documentation well-structured, and you approach tasks with a methodical mindset. You work well with project managers, engineers, and field staff, but you are equally comfortable taking ownership and working independently. Calm under pressure, you can adapt to shifting priorities without losing focus on deadlines.

Founded in 2002, POM has handled thousands of site installations, primarily focused on large offices, retail, hospitality, health care, education, and real estate (commercial, luxury residential and hi-rise).

Roles & Responsibilities

The Operations Drafter plays a critical role in supporting the design, engineering, and execution of low-voltage technology projects, including security, audio-visual (AV), and structured cabling. This position is responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining accurate technical drawings, schematics, and documentation to ensure that field teams and project managers have the resources needed for successful project delivery.

• Drafting & Documentation

Prepare and update AutoCAD / Revit drawings, riser diagrams, floor plans, and detail sheets for low-voltage systems.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to translate design concepts and field markups into precise drawings.

Interface with internal teams (sales, estimating, operations, and field staff) to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.

Review and verify design documents for accuracy and completeness.
