CE allowance Delivers predictable, high-quality four-handed support for implant, cosmetic, and digital workflows. Strong support for Four-handed dentistry in restorative procedures and implant placements, oral surgery, and composite bonding. Acquire and process digital radiographs and intraoral scans; assist with Chairside CAD / CAM. Fabricate and adjust provisional restorations; manage instrument setup and sterilization. Educate patients on existing oral disease, treatment recommendations, digital workflows, and post-operative care. Active RDA license and current CPR certification. 1-2 years of experience in implant, cosmetic, and digital dentistry environments (not a must, but desirable). Proficiency with digital scanners (iTero) and CAD systems (3D printers). Strong initiative, consistency, calm under pressure, one-team mentality. Hourly Rate : $20-$25 / hr + signing bonus after 90 days (for qualified applicants). Quarterly performance bonuses are based on a transparent points system.
