Passionate about animal care?? Our team is looking to add an enthusiastic and hard working team member to our resort!
The Full Time Resort Attendant position includes but is not limited to the feeding, cleaning, and general care of the animals boarding within our resort. Laundry, dishes, and general cleanliness of the kennel area and outdoor runs. This is a great position for anyone who loves being around dogs and cats or anyone looking to gain experience wit veterinary medicine!
This is a full time position. Must be available for shifts during the week and weekends, as well as some holidays. Starting rate is based on previous experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities :
- Handle general care tasks such as walking dogs, feeding animals, cleaning cages and litter boxes
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Recognize and record any unusual condition or abnormal behavior
- Administer patient medication as medically necessary
- Monitor dog behavior during play groups and outside walks
