What You Can Expect
The Program Management Associate Director is part of the M&A Integration team and will drive sales execution excellence across integration initiatives, ensuring the commercial organization is fully equipped to deliver topline growth. This role leverages data-driven insights to identify performance gaps, build targeted action plans, and execute commercial integration activities with precision. The Associate Director will develop and manage dashboards and scorecards to monitor progress, proactively escalating risks and implementing corrective actions as needed. Acting as a trusted partner to commercial leaders, this role provides hands-on support to resolve field issues, optimize processes, and enable sustained sales performance across the organization.
How You'll Create Impact
- Supports Finance to track agency / territory performance and rapidly identify performance root causes
- Provide dedicated support to sales managers to translate data into action plans
- Identify tools and solutions to reduce barriers to selling and facilitate best-in-class territory management
- Remove burden of analysis, planning and tracking to free sales leaders to focus on customers and growth
- Ensure issues are escalated and resolved quickly; manage cross-functional disputes to remove roadblocks
- Drive realization of acceleration-related revenue synergies
- Highlight best practices / winning strategies to drive consistency and performance across markets

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related with a minimum of 8 years of experience in project / program commercial operations, or sales excellence. Equivalent years of experience and education will be considered.Strong track record of improving sales execution through data-driven insights, process improvements, and enablement initiatives.Understanding of distributor / agency sales models; experience in medical devices, pharma, or life sciences strongly preferred.Proven ability to translate complex performance data into actionable plans that drive topline results.Strong influencing skills; able to gain credibility with senior sales leaders and field reps alike.High adaptability and ability to thrive in dynamic, high-stakes commercial environments.Travel Expectations
