Outpatient Primary Care Physician Locums Job West Chicago, Illinois

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible MD to join our outpatient primary care team in West Chicago Illinois. This is a full-time, temporary-to-long-term opportunity with a smooth transition between two nearby clinic locations.

Details / Requirements :

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Setting : 100% outpatient, no call

Patient Population : All ages - pediatrics through geriatrics

Volume : 21-25 patients per day (15-minute appointments)

EMR : Epic

Scope : Bread-and-Butter Primary Care

Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Must be local or willing to relocate
