Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Job Description :

Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.

Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures.

Contribute to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning.

Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.

Work in a supportive environment, fully integrated into the care team with respected clinical leadership roles.

Support full-spectrum pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology.

Take advantage of mentorship programs, especially designed for new graduates.

Submission requirements :

• Master's Degree in Nursing (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED

• AZ License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
