Clinic Hours (hours and days are flexible) 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday :

Mon : 7 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM | 1 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 PM

Wed : 7 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM | 1 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 PM

Fri : 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

Watford City, ND :

Tue : 7 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM | 1 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 PM

Thu : 7 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM | 1 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 PM

Fri : 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

What You'll Bring

A passion for promoting health and preventing disease.

The ability to see patients ages 2 and up.

Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.

A current state license (in ND and / or MT) and DEA.

The desire to provide virtual care when clinically appropriate.
