Job Description
Company Overview
At Amara, we’re on a mission to help people live healthier, happier, and more connected lives. We offer health and wellness classes, starting with expert-led group fitness, and are expanding into areas like nutrition, mental well-being, and preventive care.
Our programs are delivered directly in large residential communities (200+ units), making wellness more accessible by removing transportation and scheduling barriers. We also work closely with building partners and insurance providers to keep classes affordable, including the ability to use FSA / HSA funds and insurance reimbursement, so residents can focus on their health, not the paperwork.
Amara’s companion app enhances the in-person experience with personalized wellness tips, exercises, and progress tracking. This helps participants reach both personal and class-specific goals.
We currently offer three signature class formats :
- Full-body cardio
- Functional strength and stability
- Stretching and balance with yoga-inspired elements
We’re expanding across Los Angeles and looking for exceptional instructors to lead the way.
