Job Description

LPN / PRN Positions - 8hr shifts PRN - REQUIRED 2 weekends a month minimum. Provide care in a group home setting with a maximum of 4 individuals. Conduct a face-to-face evaluation of individuals daily. Administer medications and provide treatments according to physician's orders. Communicate with the physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, labs, or other agencies when necessary. Duties also includes providing oversight of the PSA tasks and offer assistance as needed.

Pay is $23 an hour, paid weekly and not held!

Qualifications

CPR

Physical & TB

Valid Licensed LPN

Background check required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Tuberculosis Screening Test Results (Self Paid)

• CPR / First Aid
• at least 1 year experience with developmentally disabled
• Recent 7-year Motor Vehicle Report copy if hired (DMV)
