Job Description

As a Security Officer - Dispatch Operations in Freeport, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer at a leading chemical and petrochemical location, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
