Staff Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Solves complex problems across multiple areas and leads cross-functional project teams

Mentors others and provides specialized technical guidance within the function

Partners with leadership to influence project objectives and priorities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience; or at least 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree

Strong technical knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS

Experience with test-driven development and Agile / Scrum methodologies

Proven track record of delivering products in production

Knowledge of SOLID principles, Unit Testing, and CICD
