As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities throughout the location. Your responsibilities will include communicating with on-site teams, responding to incidents, and helping to deter potential security-related issues through prompt and professional action. Pay Rate : $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Monday 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Tuesday 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Wednesday 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor and coordinate communications for incidents and critical situations, responding in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed to various locations within the financial institution.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, incidents, and dispatched activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of site-specific protocols and procedures to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or emergency responders as required.
  • Support regular and random patrols by coordinating with on-site personnel and monitoring their status.
  • Utilize security-related technology and communication systems to support operations and incident response.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
