EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full-time 40 hrs / wk

SCHEDULED HOURS : Monday-Friday 8AM-4 : 30PM OR 8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Comprehensive care management

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education : BA in human services required.

Experience : 2 years experience in mental health setting preferred.

Licensure / Certification / Registration : Valid drivers license. CPR & First Aid Certification required OR must obtain within 90 days of employment.

COMPENSATION

$18.86 / hr minand up commensurate upon experience.
