Description :

This position involves using clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions.

The Registered Nurse is a critical member of the Intensive Care Unit, caring for a large number of patients annually with various procedures.

Responsibilities include taking care of patients after open heart surgery, as well as those with congestive heart failure and other complex conditions.

Candidates should be comfortable managing ventilators, CRRT, and balloon pumps, though this is preferred rather than required.

The unit has achieved recognition for exceptional patient care and outcomes, necessitating a commitment to attendance and professionalism.

A strict attendance policy is in effect, emphasizing the importance of reliability in fulfilling shift obligations.

All applicants should be prepared to provide documentation for any necessary exemptions related to attendance.
