Senior Training Manager

The Senior Training Manager leads the design and execution of training strategies for autonomous vehicle operations across the United States. This role owns the end-to-end training pipeline-from onboarding through proficiency-ensuring operators are fully prepared for seamless handoff into live operations. Overseeing Training Managers and Content Developers, the Senior Training Manager will shape the workforce of the future, building programs that prepare teams to safely and effectively support cutting-edge autonomous mobility technologies. As a strategic partner to leadership and operations, this role drives workforce readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while scaling training nationwide in a rapidly evolving industry.
