Job descriptionPrimary Market : Greater Tucson metropolitan area. Base of Operations : Tucson office. Coverage Area : ~50-miles around Tucson. Pre-Build Planning & Mobilization Translate the contract scope into a detailed project work plan and schedule. Coordinate with the Materials Manager to confirm material delivery logistics. Verify permits and documentation are secured before mobilization. Project Execution & Site Management Manage and coordinate crews and subcontractors for productivity and compliance. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, job specifications, and quality standards. Monitor performance in real-time, tracking : Material usage and availability. Labor productivity. Quality and inspection compliance. Resolve issues quickly and escalate high-risk and critical tasks as needed. Serve as primary point of contact for crews and internal stakeholdersnot the customer. P ost-Project Closeout Ensure punch list completion and deliver quality verification. Document project completion and submit closeout package to Operations. Support warranty registration and handoff to Customer Success team. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of construction project management experience. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, to spec. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality controls. Proficiency with project management software and systems. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience in roofing, exterior construction, or similar trades. Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Bilingual (Spanish a plus). $70,000 - $90,000 base salary. Performance-based bonuses tied to project outcomes. Quarterly + annual performance bonuses. Vehicle and meals allowance. Equity eligibility (available upon 12 months of service and exceeding performance targets). Health insurance. 401(k) plan. Paid time off (PTO). Company expense card. Professional development opportunities. Office Location : Tucson office. Territory : Greater Tucson area and Southern Arizona. Work Schedule : Full-time. Travel Occasional travel to Tempe HQ for team blitzes, meetings, and training.

The Opportunity
We're hiring a Project Manager to own project outcomes across safety, quality, timeline, and cost. You'll lead projects from contract execution to closeoutensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
As a Project Manager, you'll coordinate crews, manage site execution, and drive accountability to deliver every project on spec, on time, and on budget. You'll be the single point of accountability for each project's success.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct kick-off meeting with Roofing Specialist(s) and Crew Leader(s) to align on job scope of execution plan.
Lead day-to-day execution of roofing builds on-site.
Schedule adherence.
Conduct a final inspection and walk-through with the Crew Leader.
