Job description

Job Title : Sr. Billing Operations Analyst

Location : Hybrid

Responsibilities :

Support CE Manager in Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of contract entry specialists. Manage daily workload allocation, track team performance against key metrics (KPIs), and conduct regular one-on-one meetings.

Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex contract entry issues and exceptions. It will be the Lead's responsibility to Coordinate within the internal / external teams to ensure proper resource allocation is performed to solve the escalation.

Ensure all contract information is entered accurately and completely within the Company's billing and revenue systems

Provide support to Collections Team in addressing and resolving inquiries from external customers

Partner with Sales Operations to optimize current and future-state process flow

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate contract entry workflows.

Assist in developing and delivering training materials for new hires and provide ongoing training to the team to ensure proficiency with new processes and systems.

Competencies :

1-2 years related experience

Experience with order entry / billing preferred

Experience with billing / revenue systems preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Understanding the importance of internal controls and segregation of duties.

The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York, NY. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York, NY may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $55,500 to $74,000.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses. Salary pay Transprency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $55500 and $74000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
