    • Answer incoming calls and log requests for technical support or information
    • Retrieve and document voicemail messages
    • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to understand systems and applications
    • Assist with hardware / software rollouts as needed
    • Escalate unresolved issues with detailed documentation
    • Stay informed about system updates and changes
    • Coordinate hardware servicing with internal teams and vendors
    • Maintain records of work performed and prepare activity reports
    • Foster effective working relationships across teams
    • Make support decisions aligned with company policies

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr.
