The purpose of the IT Support Analyst is to lead Sauk County's computer support services by providing guidance and assistance with computer security, software, and hardware, providing project / task coordination and oversight, and providing recommendations to the MIS Director for planning and implementing Information Technology projects.
Essential Duties
Required Working Hours
Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am until 4 : 30 pm. Please note these hours are subject to change and additional hours may be needed or required. Compensation for additional hours beyond normal working hours are subject to applicable state and federal regulations.
Minimum Training and Education
Required :
Associate's degree in Computer Science or another related field
3 years of experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining computers, hardware, and software
Preferred :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another related field
1 year supervisory experience
Any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
