Hours : Monday - Friday from 8 : 30AM - 5PM

About the role : Assist the supervisor to achieve the daily production schedules and quality goals. Provide guidance and be a source of information for operators and support groups in the area. Coordinates the documentation, training and provides inputs for performance appraisal and assists in the employee selection process.

Work Mode : At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onstie work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Accuracy of transactions and physical movement of product from receipt, putaway, pick, ship.
• Process orders for Internal / External customers meet all specified handling requirements.
• Required training to Standard Operating instructions and follow processes with strict adherence. Daily housekeeping required. Adherence to work rules required. Adherence to safety rules required.
• Lifting, standing, bending, reaching, required.
• Use of computer devices, printers, product handling device -pallet jacks, other equipment as required.
• Understanding of lean principles. Performance of cycle counts.
• Performs other duties as required.

Required qualifications : 2 Years with high school diploma / degree / equivalent, or An equivalent combination of education / work experience Certification in assigned area preferred
