Pay Range

Base pay : $19.00 / hr (referred to as a fixed hourly rate).

Summary / Objective

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Team Lead is responsible for leading employees and directing the workflow of janitorial duties on the AbilityOne contracts.

Contract Compliance

• Ensuring quality standards are met as they relate to individual contracts, re-doing work with the team as needed.
• Ensuring assigned tasks are completed in allotted time, utilizing a team approach to complete tasks.
• Complying with customer requests regarding secure access areas and communicating these to team members.

The Team Lead performs their work in a professional setting and may come in contact with clients.

Physical Demands

Push, pull or carry 40 lbs. occasionally, up to 25 lbs. frequently. Must be able to be on feet for long periods, bend, stoop, and be exposed to cleaning chemicals. Must be able to see to complete duties to required specifications. Occasional exposure to heat and cold with frequent exposure to dust.

Position Type / Expected Hours / Travel

This is a full-time position. Schedule will be Monday through Friday. Weekend work may vary depending on the needs of the business designated by the contract.
