POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Food and Beverage will be responsible for providing support and strategic direction to the overall food and beverage functions of the hotel including a full-service restaurant, quick service restaurant, seasonal pool operation, and hotel banquets. Additionally, this person will develop programming, training, and standards, while leading key projects to successful implementation and completion.

The Director will effectively oversee the Food and Beverage operations to ensure achievement of overall financial results, increased profitability, and guest and ownership satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and / or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives.

Steamboat area base salary range : $80,000 - $100,000 per year
