• Days Seeking a compassionate RN for hospice admissions in Boston, MA. Ideal for those with a strong home health background. Responsibilities :
• Conduct patient admissions and deliver compassionate hospice care.
• Complete same
• day documentation using HCHB
• Manage 20
• 25 cases weekly, achieving 26
• 28 productivity points.
• Work 4 x 10
• hour shifts with schedule flexibility. - No Weekends
• Attend weekly in
• person office meetings. Qualifications :
• Active RN License with 2 years of hospice experience.
• Proficient in HCHB
• BLS certification required.
• Strong independent work and time management skills. Details :
