• Job Title : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. 3 : 30 p.m.
• On-Call Expectations : Rotational evenings, weekends, and holidays in collaboration with anesthesiologists
• Start Date : Upon completion of credentialing (approximately days post-offer) PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
• Patient Demographics : Adult and geriatric surgical populations
• Average Daily Volume / Census : Based on surgical caseload and OR schedule
• Admissions & Rounding : Not applicable procedural-focused care
• Consults & Follow-Ups : As required per case management protocol
• Case Mix / Clinical Focus Areas : General, orthopedic, cardiac, obstetric, and outpatient surgical anesthesia FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
• Beds in Department / Unit : Integrated within the surgical services department
• EMR System : Epic
• Specialty Backup : Full anesthesia care team model with physician anesthesiologists and surgical specialists
• Support Staff : Experienced anesthesia technicians and perioperative nursing staff
• Leadership & Reporting Structure : Reports to Chief CRNA and Anesthesia Medical Director
• Reason for Opening : Expansion and support of increasing surgical volume CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
• Board Requirements : NBCRNA Certified or Board Eligible
• DEA & Certifications : Active DEA; BLS and ACLS required

• Board Status : NBCRNA Certified or Board Eligible
• State License Required : Active Indiana CRNA license or eligibility to obtain
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS, and DEA registration
• Experience : New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
• Additional Requirements : Strong clinical judgment, proficiency in anesthesia delivery systems, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer safe, effective anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases in a hospital setting
• Monitor patient vital signs and maintain anesthesia care throughout all surgical phases
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to optimize perioperative outcomes
• Manage airway, fluid balance, and pharmacologic interventions as appropriate
• Participate in departmental quality assurance and safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR in accordance with hospital standards COMMUNITY & LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
